I have been involved in FTA Sat tv for many years and after seeing so many of our FTA feeds going to biss I think its time to get into the action of viewing these encrypted services.
I know just about nothing about the biss encryption so here goes with a few questions.
I have been practicing on Asiasat 5 @ 100.5 Deg East trying to open EDGE SPORTS that is biss encrypted
1/ I have a Openbox S10. In the S10 in the Network set up I go to CCcam client setup then Manage config files, followed by Constant CW and once in there I add the SID for EDGE SPORTS which is 0002 then I add the same key in both the EVEN CW and the ODD CW which is 17 04 60 7b 41 97 37 0f and once its saved Edge sports is still encrypted. What am I doing wrong?
2/ In the constant CW window I noticed there are plenty of data that needs to be added and the only thing I have been adding in this test is the SID and the same 8 byte key in EVEN and ODD CW. What else in the window below has to be added to open this service and where can you get the required info if needed.
CAID =0000
Prov ID = 000000
SID = 0000
PMT PID = 0000
ECM PID = 0000
EVEN CW = 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88
ODD CW = 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88

I know this might be a silly question but does my reasonably new Open Box S10 have the required cam in it and if it doesn't can you please direct me to the correct cam and how to install it either via the net or a USB.
