CAN WE TUNE ALL TP'S OF INTELSAT 20(68.5 E) WITH A 6 FEET SOLID DISH

Hello Dear all Forum Members I have tuned Intelsat(68.5 East)on my 6 feet C Band Solid Dish Antenna with LNB at center position but I am unable to get all tp's of the satellite. My location is North India(J And K). Moreover,the below mentioned is the list of that tp's that I am unable to receive from my dish setup-

3713 V 3000(HUNGAMA TV)
3723 V 9600(TV9)
3732 V 7200(MAHAA NEWS)
3742 V 7000(SADHNA CHANNEL)
3752 V 9300(STAR CJ ALIVE)
3774 H 3330(PEACE TV BANGLA)
3790 H 7200(CINEMA TV)
3790 V 1680(SPIRIT WORLD)
3802 V 1954(DAYSTAR TV)
3854 H 7200(JAN TV)
3864 H 7200(M TUNES)
3872 H 7200(PTC NEWS)
3887 V 2960(3 ABN)
4003 V 7200(PENGAL TV)

Dear Friends, If anyone of you is able to receive these above tp's with a 6 feet solid dish antenna , please help me too in order to tune these above mentioned tp's. I am in great need of your help and co-operation cause I have tried my best to fine tune the signals of these tp's but still the signals are very low and are not getting locked.
