Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) carried out a survey which revealed that employees of the State enterprise production and R M. Khrunichev Space Center, Russian producer of missiles, to deliberately damage the motor carrier rocket Proton M, which could lead to disaster.

According to a source from the Russian Interior Ministry leadership M. Khrunichev Space Center is at first did not realize that this could be a sabotage. Later FSB launched an investigation in which 15 employees were questioned and were also subjected to lie detector tests. If sabotage is confirmed, it will be one of the precious sabotage the space industry of Russia.

Deliberate sabotage may be associated mainly with personnel issues and a complete lack of educational work in the workplace. The average salary of a worker at the plant M. Khrunichev is 30,000 rubles (645 euros per month), which causes problems in finding qualified professionals in Moscow. All these questions will be answered with an ongoing investigation.

In 2013, for the same price 1.521 billion rubles (32.7 million euro), of which 447 mln rubles (9.6 mln euros) worth Breeze Block M. The amount of 690 mln rubles (14.85 mln eur) for the various services when the rocket launch, an additional 20 mln rubles (€ 430,000) worth transport rocket Baikonur Cosmodrome and 170 mln rubles (3.6 mln euros) cone rockets. Overall, the Russian budget allocated to only one start Proton M rocket is 2.84 billion rubles (more than 61 million euros).

It was a high amount of a major disaster with Proton M navigation satellite Glonass-M in July 2013. Was the cause of the accident angular velocity sensor that was inserted upside down (it is known that it was intentional).

Articles about possible sabotage appeared in the media after the last disaster Proton, which has become 05/16/2014. In this case, the reason for the crash destroyed the bearing turbo. This is the official version of the collapse of the launcher.

Proton M rocket launched a Russian telecommunication satellite Express AM4R from the Baikonur cosmodrome on 16 May 2014. The mission ended unexpectedly in 546 seconds from the start and the satellite was lost.

An interesting fact is that Russian satellites aboard Russian rockets have such problems. In addition, U.S. sanctions do not pay European and American satellites using missiles from Russia. This does not bode well for the development of the Russian space industry.
